ES Sales Development Representative

Your tasks

The main objective of the role as Sales Development Representative is to develop your market, Spain and Latam, follow existing opportunities and target named accounts which are already customers of F24 to actively increase turnover.

  • You should be able to open new opportunities and follow those generated via Marketing to achieve your targets.
  • To reach that goal, you will receive training in order to leverage your footprint at our customer base and to enable upselling activities.
  • You actively review accounts on a regular basis by developing account management plans to identify promising business opportunities.
  • You are acting as Single-Point-of-Contact (SPoC) for the customer, build trust and support the customer with your expertise.
  • You will attend trade fairs, webinars, exhibitions and special events, on site of virtually in Spain as well as internationally.
  • You develop customer networks and, through proactive action, contribute to the successful expansion of long-term customer relationships
  • Your daily opportunity management, sales activities, customer data and business tasks are accurately maintained in Salesforce

About the job

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative in IT who possess minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales in the IT field, with a good English knowledge who looks for an International corporation with more than 20 years of constant growth, eager to learn and develope in a fresh environment with high projection.

You

  • Have passion for IT Selling, with at least 5 years of experience in selling ITC/SaaS solutions to international, large enterprises. Marketing or consultancy oriented profiles will not be considered.
  • Ideally bring knowledge in Risk Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, IT Security or Phisical Security.
  • Are a passionate, professional sales or account manager with experience in the telecommunication market (B2B, ITC/SaaS services)
  • Want to contribute to your team's success by learning fast and taking over responsibility 
  • Have an open, positive and reliable mindset, that allows you to be a trusted partner for our clients 
  • Bring strong communications skills and have fun in actively approaching our customers 
  • Are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce
  • Are fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are a plus

Your future team

  • You cooperate closely and report directly to the Managing Director
  • You work together with a solid team in the office and your international colleagues in various regions to improve sales
  • You also work closely with Customer support, Global Account Management, Marketing and Product to understand our customers and to meet business goals as a team
