The main objective of the role as Sales Development Representative is to develop your market, Spain and Latam, follow existing opportunities and target named accounts which are already customers of F24 to actively increase turnover.
- You should be able to open new opportunities and follow those generated via Marketing to achieve your targets.
- To reach that goal, you will receive training in order to leverage your footprint at our customer base and to enable upselling activities.
- You actively review accounts on a regular basis by developing account management plans to identify promising business opportunities.
- You are acting as Single-Point-of-Contact (SPoC) for the customer, build trust and support the customer with your expertise.
- You will attend trade fairs, webinars, exhibitions and special events, on site of virtually in Spain as well as internationally.
- You develop customer networks and, through proactive action, contribute to the successful expansion of long-term customer relationships
- Your daily opportunity management, sales activities, customer data and business tasks are accurately maintained in Salesforce
