This includes information such as your name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth, but also data about your specific career, etc., which can be assigned to a specific person. However, information that is not linkable to you, is not personal data.
Basics and Purposes for Data Processing
If you send us your application electronically, i.e. by e-mail or via our web form, we will collect and process your personal data for the purpose of executing the application process and for deciding on whether an employment relationship shall be established.
In particular, the following data will be processed, which you must provide so that we can carry out an application process:
• Name (first and last name)
• E-mail address
• CV
Please note that we may not be able to carry out an application process if you do not provide any or not all of the information marked as mandatory. If you only provide the information marked as mandatory, this will have no effect on your application process.
Only those persons and functions who objectively require it for the purpose of carrying out the application process have access to your data, in particular from the area of human resources.
The processing of personal data is executed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out your application process.
Your data will be stored with us until your application process is complete and we are no longer allowed to keep your data - e.g. to defend against any claims.
If you provide us your consent, we may enter your data into our "Talent Pool" for a period of 2 years after the end of your application process in order to identify any other interesting positions for you.
In order to be able to operate our applicant portal in a technically secure and functional manner, it is also required to process certain technical background data. This is done directly by our service provider: The domain name of the website from which you access our site, your web browser and the web browser version, the operating system, the IP address of your device and the time stamp of your access to our site are recorded. These access logs are stored for up to 7 days.
Such logging also takes place in the event that technical errors should occur when using our content. In this case, information about the error that has occurred will be processed in addition to the data mentioned above.

To implement our online application platform, we use Personio GmbH, with whom we have concluded an order processing contract. In addition, your data may be transferred if we are subject to a corresponding legal obligation or if we are authorized accordingly (e.g. concerning a disclosure to supervisory or law enforcement authorities).

With regard to the processing of your personal data, you as the data subject are entitled to the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection against a processing and to the right not to be subject to a fully automated decision (such decisions are not executed).
