- Überprüfen von Bestellungen (auf Vollständigkeit der Daten, entsprechen die Preise den Vereinbarungen und der aktuellen Preisliste, existiert bereits eine Opportunity in Salesforce für diese Bestellung etc.)
- Erfassen von Bestellungen in Salesforce und NetSuite inkl. Versand der Auftragsbestätigungen aus NetSuite
- Aktivieren der Versandaufträge an Lieferanten für Hardware
- Ansprechpartner für Rückfragen zu Bestellabwicklung (von bestellendem Unternehmen, von Lieferanten, sowie F24 intern)
- Überwachung und Überprüfung der Abrechnungen der einzelnen Aufträge (bei Rückfragen von Accounting)
- Abgleich und Anpassung der Daten in Salesforce und NetSuite

Dein Aufgabengebiet
Du
- hast eine gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- besitzt eine eigenständige, ordentliche und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsbearbeitung
- bringst optional Erfahrung aus der ITK-Branche (mit Hardware-, Software- und Serviceprodukten)
- kennst dich wünschenswerter Weise mit Excel aus
- sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast bereits Englisch-Kenntnisse gesammelt
- bist damit einverstanden, dass du diese Position (mind. 10h bis max. 40h/Woche) befristet, bis Ende des Sommers, besetzten kannst
